Accuracy Analysis for Quasi-Carey Element

　　In this paper,A new triangular element (Quasi-Carey element) is constructed by the ide of Specht element.On the one hand,it is shown that Quasi-Carey element possesses a very special property i.e.the consistency error is of order O(h2),one order higher than that of Carey element.One the other hand,since the interpolation error of Quasi-Carey element is of order O(h),the consistency error of Quasi-Carey element is one order higher than the interpolation error.It seems that this property has never been seen for other triangular element for the second order problems.AMS(2000)Mathematics Subject Classifications 65N25,65N15,65N30.
