Study on Aearobic Denitrification Bacteria Y12 under Low Temperatures and Poor Nutrition

Aerobic denitrifying bacteria Y 12 isolated from sediment under low temperatures and poor nutrition,according to its physiological-biochemical identification and 16S rDNA gene sequence analysis,established the system development tree,identify bacteria Y12 to belong to Acinetobacter.sp.When the temperature was 15℃,strain Y12 had a desirable ability of aerobic denitrification and the nitrate nitrogen removal rate was 80.92%.When the pH was 6.0,72h of nitrate nitrogen removal efficiency was 78.64%.As the C/N rote higher than 3.0,along with the increase of carbon-nitrogen ratio,the denitrifying rate was increased.When the inoculating dose for strain Y12 could not be less than 10% in order to ensure a good nitrogen removal.
