Effects of 5F on cAMP Levels in C26 Color Cancer Cells

摘要：

　　Objecive:To investigate the effect of ent-11 α-hydroxy-15-oxo-kaur-16-en-19-oic-acid (5F),a compound isolated from Pteris semipinnata L (PsL),on cAMP levels in C26 color cancer cells.Methods:C26 cells were treated with 5F (0-40 μg/ml) for different time periods.cAMP levels was examined by radioimmunoassay,IBMX pre-incubation and then combined with 5F,cAMP levels were measured.Viability was examined using a MTT method.
