摘要：

　　Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is the fifth most common cancer in the world and is a leading cause of cancer death.However,the pathophysiological mechanisms contributing to HCC are still largely unknown.Recent data have demonstrated that genetic alterations alone cannot account for the complexity of human carcinogenesis,but epigenetic changes,such as DNA methylation,histone modifications and microRNA expression,are also involved in this process.
