190例小腿严重损伤的修复重建

摘要：

　　Objective To report the author” s experience in reconstruction of severe tibial shaft fractures by different flaps and external fixation.Methods One hundred and ninety patients of type ⅢC and ⅢB tibial shaft fractures were treated from 1990 to 2007.The average age was 42.5 years (169 males,21 females).
