摘要：

　　Objective To explore the surgical technique and clinical outcomes of applying free medial arm flap by the artery end to side suture to repair skin defects in dorsal of the hand of small to medium size.Methods From October 2009 to December 2011,7 cases of skin defects of dorsal of the hand were treated.
