外固定架结合组织瓣移植修复创伤性小腿及踝周组织缺损
Objective To investigate the clinical effects and operational methods of utilizing external fixator combined tissue flaps transferred to treat lower legs and ankles with soft tissue defect.Methods From february 2006-may 2011.276 cases with bone,syntaxis and soft tissue defect of lower legs and ankles.After the wound were treated by vacuum sealing drainage (VSD),repair tissue defect with tissue flaps included local flap,pedicle flap,free grafting flap,and complex tissue flap.
