小腿皮神经营养血管蒂皮瓣的临床应用
Objective To report the clinical result and experience of distally based neucrocutaneous vasotrophic island flap in leg.Methods designed a distally based island neucrocutaneous vasotrophic flap and elevated the flap for repairing skin defects on the foot in 20 cases.Results All 20 skin flaps were survived completely except one with distant edge become necrosis.
