游离股前外侧穿支皮瓣修复四肢软组织缺损的临床研究
Objective To summarize the clinical effect of anterolateral thigh pedicle or free perforator flap in repairing soft tissue defect in the extremities.Methods From Jan 2008 to 2011 August,20 cases of soft tissue with bone,tendon exposed defect were treated with pedicle or free anterolateral thigh perforator flap The defect area ranged from 8 cm × 6 cm to 20cm × 12 cm.The size of the flaps ranged from 10 cm × 8 cm to 24 cm × 12cm.The flap donor site direct suture in 6 cases,14 cases of skin graft coverage.Neuroanastomosis was performed in 11 cases of the flaps.
