游离股前外或隐动脉穿支皮瓣修复足踝部软组织缺损

摘要：

　　Objective:The aim of the study is to evaluate the surgical technique and clinical significance of the therapy for ankle soft tissue defect with 2 different free perforator flaps.Methods:25 cases of ankle soft tissue defect with exposed bone of the ankle or were involved in this study between August 2006 and April 2012 (19 male,6 female,aged from 3 ~ 52 years).
