游离足趾皮瓣移植修复指腹缺损52例
Objective To inverstigate a methed in repairing pulp defects of fingers.Methods To examine and analyze 52 cases of pulp defect of the first to the fifth finger repaired with free flap of toe since 2005.Results All the transplanted pulp flaps in 52 cases are survived and followed up from 6 months to 2 years.All the digits have red skin of flaps,ideal good appearance,texture and appreciate function.According to the TAM criteria,the excellent and good rate is 96%.
