桥接指动脉神经的游离第二趾胫侧皮瓣修复手指侧方缺损
Objective To discuss the surgery procedure and treatment effect of repairing side soft tissue defect of the finger accompanied by the proper digital artery and nerve defects.Methods eight patients with side soft tissue defects of 8 fingers accompanied by the proper digital artery and nerve defects were treated by the second toe tibial skin flap,and the defects of proper digital artery and nerve were bridged at the same time.The sizes of soft tissue defect varied from 4.0cm × 1.5cm to 2.0cm × 1.0cm.The sizes of skin flap varied from 4.2cm× 1.8cm to 2.5cm × 1.5cm.The average length of proper digital artery and nerve defect was 2.4cm.
