以单环刺缢体壁及同种异体神经制成人工组织神经修复神经缺损

摘要：

　　Objectives To study the histocompatibility and the possibility of repairing peripheral nerve defect with artificial tissue nerve grafts composed of acellular body wall of Urechis unicinctus and nerve anografts.Methods A series of Sprawn Dawnley rats were randomly divided into 4 groups with 10 rats each.The groups are Experiment Group,Auto-nerve Graft Group,Silione Tube Group and Normal Group.
