拇手指再造的探讨
Objective To investigate the clinical experience of reconstruction of thumb and finger.Methods To use toe wrap-around flap,toe latero flap,toe or part of toe joint reconstructed thumb and fingers.Results All reconstructions of the thumb and finger had survived,two thumbs occurred vascular crisis afer operation; four thumbs,seven index finget,three middle made lysis tendon after six month,all cases postoperative follow-up 8 ~ 25 month have satisfaction figure and function,donor-site less effect.
