摘要：

　　Objective To explore the methods of shifting the little finger abductor muscle to improve the appearance and function of reconstructed thumb.Methods:12 cases of patients with the Ⅳ° or Ⅴ°defect of thumb had been repaired by free transplantation of the second toes with metatarsoohalangeal joint.
