临床护理路径在断肢再植术后病人健康教育的应用和研究
Objectives Discuss the effect of health education for post digit replantation surgery patient using clinical care path.Method:Select 126 cases of amputated finger (toe) to accept replantation surgery and randomly divided into two groups,the observation group,67 cases of group A,the scale will be implemented in daily clinics,nursing,rehabilitation and health education work in accordance with the clinical path of health education ; the control group,59 cases of group B,the implementation of the overall care and health educationResults:There are statistic significant difference between two groups in postoperative recovery indicator,health knowledge,health skill score and satisfaction.
