Objective Conclude the observation and nursing of 1300 finger tips in 1000 cases before an after operation.Nursing points:1.preventive nursing before operation:the diagnosis,preservation and traumatic assess of the replanted fingertips.2.Targeted nursing after operation:all these factors,such as,condition assessment and grading,close observation,prevention of infection,wound and shin care,vascular crisis care,food care,meditation care and care-giving,lead to the improvement of the survival rate of the fingertips.
