骨髓中升高的SDF-1水平通过抑制干/前体细胞迁移至创面延缓小鼠烧伤创面的愈合

  Burn is a special kind of wounding and its process of healing is much more complex.To date,we have not found effective therapies for burn wound healing.Our purpose is to promote the migration of the stem/progenitor cells from the bone marrow to the wound and accelerate the burn wound healing.We tested the SDF-llevel in the bone marrow and the endothelial progenitor cells (EPC) migration to the peripheral blood in an established murine burned model.The bone marrow derived stem cells were injected to the burned mice by tail vein.We observed the effect of the treatment by test the blood flow and measure the wound area.
