The establishment and verification of typical the SIRS and MODS characteristics in burn wound
Background:The incidence of bum sepsis is a large part of among sepsis.Until today,although the peritonitis and LPS animal models that simulate clinical conditions is useful,there is no bum sepsis model to mirror clinical characteristic of extensive bum patients.The aim of this study is to establish an experimental burn sepsis model based on an wound surface injected a defined volume of Pseudomonas aeruginosacharacterized by acute onset,high mobility and mortality,fulfilling international sepsis criteria.
