Psychosomatic Health Care in Germany
The author will give an overview about the healthcare system in Germany on a primary care level,which can integrate proposals of guidelines in different chronic diseases.Especially psychosomatic training in physicians and other care givers will allow behavioural change in lifestyles of their patients as a prevention for coronary risks.Information and education enables better coping strategies in patients with chronic diseases and relaxation training are per example an adjunct in primary care of hypertension.This will discussed as a basic care program in different diseases and countries in a public health perspective.
