Progress of Basic and Clinical Studies on Panic Disorder

摘要：

　　The progress of basic and clinical studies on panic disorder was reviewed.The results showed that panic disorder might be a genetics disease and had probably special neuroanatomy sites.The changes of dyslipidemias,melatonin,electrophy and cerebrovascular circulation etc.had relationship with panic attach.Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) is effective medicine for panic disorder.Acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine might be effective treatment as well.
