Using Therapeutic Method of Nourishing Kidney-Yin and Calming and Suppressing the Liver-Yang to Treat 78 Cases of Multiple Tics-Coprolalia Syndrome

　　we used the therapeutic method of nourishing kidney-yin and calming and suppressing the liver-yang in clinical practice to treat 78 cases of multiple tics-coprolalia syndrome.We assessed the clinical effect by researching and analyzing the age of onset,characteristics of clinical manifestations,and brain electrical activity mapping.34 cases were cured ( 43.6 %); 40 cases were improved ( 51.3 %); and 4 cases had no response (5.1%).The overall response rate was 94.9 %.The attack of multiple tics-coprolalia syndrome is closely related with the deficiency of kidney and liver.
