临床诊疗与临床研究的区别-美国NIH临床研究规范和准则
As multinational clinical research and drug trials have been increasingly conducted in Chinese hospital environments.The majority of clinical research studies and clinical trials are conducted by clinicians,nurses,and health care practitioners,while they are taking care of patients daily.Medical education worldwide,however,remains oriented towards health care,i.e.managing patient treatment.Little time is given to teaching clinical research concepts and professional skills.More challenges are in ensuring the quality of clinical trial practice and protections of human research subjects.
