　　Introduction:Left ventricular (LV) dysfunction was an important feature in the patients with septic shock,and LV introventricular systolic asynchrony was important components in cardiac performance.But little was known if LV systolic function assessed by Tissue Doppler imaging (TDI) and LV introventricular systolic asynchrony related to the prognosis in patients with septic shock and normal LVEF.
