Studies on characteristic and analgesic effects of glycopeptied from Marasmius androsaceus
The water-soluble extract from Mycelium of Marasmius Androsaceus was isolated by ethanol precipitation,macroporous resin chromatography,guided by the analgesic effect,and the active fraction was purified by gel-permeation chromatography and two purified glycopeptides were obtained.The physicochemical properties and characteristic of purified glycopeptides were studied.They were composed with Glc,Man and 10 kinds of amino acids,and have the molecular weight 18,000D and 8,000D,respectively.The glycosidic linkages in the purified glycopeptides were analyzed by methylation.The sugar part of the glycopeptides was composed with (1-4) linked Glc as the main chain and the side chains,composed with Man mainly,were linked to the 6 position of the main chain,the un-reducing terminal was composed with Glc.The glycosidic band in the main chain was identified as β-configuration by the absorbance of IR at 891cm-1.
