Correlation analysis between the bioactive components and ecological factors of Angelica sinensis from different geographical regions
Eighteen samples of Angelica Sinensis Radix (Danggui) and corresponding soil samples were collected from four provinces of Gansu,Yunnan,Sichuan and Hubei,respectively.The environmental factors of longitude,altitude,annual precipitation,sunshine duration and etc.were obtained through a combination of field survey and GIS method.The contents of ligustilide,ferulic acid and the total polysaccharide in Danggui were measured by HPLC and UV.The contents of mineral elements were determined by the method of ICP-AES.The correlation analysis showed that the ecological factors including longitude,altitude,sunshine duration,Fe,average temperature in July,annual mean temperature,Zn affected on the chemical markers (ligustilide,ferulic acid and the total polysaccharide) of Danggui.
