Identification of raw Cuscutae Semen and its processed products by high performance liquid chromatography/diode-array detection/mass spectrometry (HPLC-DAD-MS) combined with principle component analysis
In this study,The fingerprints of Cuscutae Semen and its processed products such as qing chao pin (QCP),jiu zhi pin (JZP) and yan zhi pin (YZP) were performed using hight performance liquid chromatography.10 chromatographic peaks were selected as characteristic peaks,the relative peak areas (RPA) of which were calculated for quantitative expression of the HPLC fingerprints.
