Expression Profiling of the Triterpene Saponin Biosynthesis Genes in Panax notoginseng

摘要：

　　Panax notoginseng(Burk) F.H.Chen is important medicinal plant of Panax species,which has been used as a hemostatic agent and health tonic since ancient times in China.The triterpene saponins,a group ginsengosides,are the mainly responsible for the pharmacological activities of P.notoginseng.However,the detail of biosynthetic enzymes for triterpene biosynthesis pathway is largely unknown.
