Severe sepsis in TCM diagnosis and treatment scheme optimization of multi center,randomized controlled clinical study
To observe the clinical efficacy of the optimization treatment scheme of traditional Chinese Medicine in treating the severe sepsis with Quyu Jiedu Yiqi Decoction.240 cases of sepsis patients were randomly divided into the treatment group (Quyu Jiedu Yiqi Decoction and routine 1 therapy) and control group (routine anti-infective treatment and life support) in 4 hospitals in Shanghai.Observe the evaluation of acute physiology and chronic health state of two groups before and after treatment.(APACHE Ⅱ),the score of the syndrome and symptom of tcm and the mortality in the 28th day.Both of the score of APACHE Ⅱand syndrome and symptom of tcm are improved after treatment.(P<0.05).Plus,the treatment group is better than the control group.(P<0.05) the mortality in the 28th day:the treatment group is 23.07%,the control group is 33.05%,the treatment group is significantly lower than the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion:the combined use of Quyu Jiedu Yiqi Decoction can effectively improve the clinical efficacy in treating the sepsis and reduce the mortality.
