Braden量表在足部压疮风险预测中的应用

摘要：

　　Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of Braden scale applied in prediction of heel pressure ulcers.Methods Adopt retrospective review and case control study.Select 124 patients with buttocks ulcers and 52 patients with heel ulcers as ulcers group from a third grade A hospital in Wenzhou.Select randomly 120 patients without any ulcers as control guoup.Compare the patients without ulcers and those with ulcers through Braden scale,then compare the different site of ulcers.Study the reliability and validity of the scale with sensibility,specificity and Area Under Curve of ROC.
