流式细胞术检测内皮细胞衰老

摘要：

　　objective:To explore the method for detection of endothelial cell in transferring of culture.Methods Human umbilical vein endothelial cells were cultured in vitro,tracking the altertion of its autofluorescence,mitochondrial transmembrane potential and cell cycle with flow cytometry(FCM).Result Following with the transferring of culture,autofluorescence of cell was increased,mitochondrial transmembrane potential was decreased,the Reactive Oxygen Species(ROS) was increased and the percentage of cell in S was obviously decreasd.Conclusion Cell division decreased in alteration and aging acceleration.
