Thermodynamic database of Al-based alloys

摘要：

　　The thermodynamic assessment of phase diagrams in the Al-based (Al,Cu,Zn,Mg,Li,Fe,Ti,Mn Cr,Si,RE) alloys were carried out by using calculation of phase diagrams (CALPHAD) method on the basis of the literature information.The Gibbs free energies of the solution phases were described by the substitutional solution model with Redlich-Kister equation,and the intermetallic compounds were described by sublattice model.The calculated phase diagrams and thermodynamic properties are in good agreement with the literature information.The thermodynamic database of Al-based alloys is developed,which will provide important information including phase diagrams and various thermodynamic properties for development of aluminum alloy materials.
