An updated thermodynamic modeling of the Ga-Ti system

摘要：

　　The thermodynamic description for the Ga-Ti system was updated using the calculation of phase diagrams (CALPHAD) approach.A set of self-consistent thermodynamic model parameters for this system was obtained by considering the available experimental data and newly obtained results from the ab initio calculation and the cluster variation method (CVM).
