Experimental investigation of phase equilibria in the Fe-Si-Zr ternary system
The phase equilibria in the Fe-Si-Zr ternary system were determined with the equilibrated alloys which were obtained through the procedure of arc melting,wire cutting,wrapping,heat treatment and quenching.After standard metallographic preparation,the microstructure observations,the equilibrium composition determinations and the crystal structure identifications were carried out by electron probe microanalysis and X-ray diffraction.
