　　The Ni-V alloys as a vital target material are widely used in Semiconductor integrated circuits and other industries.As is known to that the behavior of dynamics in materials may have an important impact on the properties of materials.So it”s significant to understand the diffusion characteristics of the Ni-V alloys.
