Martensite Transformation in High Mn Steels
The stacking fault energy (SFE) in FeMnCX system is calculated and the influence of C,Mn,Si,Al and V on SFE is discussed.Combined with phase diagram calculation,the composition of third generation automobile steel is designed.Tensile test and XRD analysis of the steels are carried as well as the effect of hcp martensite transformation on mechanical property is described.
