Akt1诱导的肌肉肥大症的代谢特征

  本文分别采用核磁共振氢谱(1H NMR)和气相色谱(GC)等分析技术,检测DTG小鼠血清、肝脏和腓肠肌组织的代谢物成分和脂肪酸组成。多元统计分析可知,Akt-1诱导的肌肉肥大症让DTG小鼠体内多种代谢物浓度发生显著改变。此外,随着小鼠年龄增大,Akt-1诱导的肌肉肥大症和脂肪重量降低均得到缓解,Akt-1过表达使伴随年龄增大而发生的高血糖症得到部分恢复。
