Alkali tolerance in rice (Oryza sativa L.):nitrogen metabolism and ion homeostasis

摘要：

　　Alkali stress is an important agricultural contaminant and has complex effects on plant metabolism specifically root physiology,but the physiological and molecular mechanisms by which plants tolerates alkali stress remains largely unexplored..Comparison between the genotypes differing in alkali tolerance may be helpful for alkali tolerance research and identifying aikali-tolerant candidate genes.
