Diversity, bioactivities and metabolic potentials of endophytic actinomycetes isolated from traditional medicinal plants in Sichuan

摘要：

　　The taxonomic diversity and metabolic activity of actinomycetes community inhabited interior of 13 traditional medicinal plants collected in Sichuan province,China,were investigated by multiple approaches consisted of morphological and molecular identification methods,bioactivities assays,and PCR screening of antibiotics biosynthesis genes.
