Cloning, Expression, and Bioinformatic Characterization of a Novel Marine Emiliania huxleyi Viral(Coccolithovirus) Thioredoxin

　　Thioredoxin (Trx) is a small ubiquitous protein that displays different functions mainly via redox-mediated processes.We have identified and characterized a novel thioredoxin-like protein (EhV-trx) in marine unicellular Emiliania huxleyi virus EhV-99B 1 isolate (GenBank accession No.GU 109280).
