Response of mpsA gene involved in magmetosome formation to different treatment in Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans

摘要：

　　Magnetotactic bacteria (MTBs) are a heterogeneous group of aquatic prokaryotes with a unique intracellular organelle,the magnetosome,which orients the cell along magnetic field lines.It has been reported that the magnetosomes comprise nanometer-sized,membrane bound crystals of magnetic iron minerals and organized into chains via a dedicated cytoskeleton in most MTB.
