A meta analysis of nucleos(t)ide analogues in patients with decompensated cirrhosis due to hepatitis B

　　Background and Aim:The effect of nucleos(t)ide analogues(NUCs) therapy in patients with decompensated cirrhosis remains unclear.We evaluate the NUCs” effect in these patients.Methods:An electronic search of the Pubmed,Web of Science,Embase,the Cochrane Central of Register of Controlled Trials (CCTR) and China Biology Medicine disc (CBM) from 1998-01-01 to 2011-09-05 was conducted.A meta-analysis was performed.Relative risks (RRs) of mortality rate,Child-Pugh-Turcotte (CPT)score and HBeAg seroconversion of the decompensated patients were studied.
