2-乙酰吡啶N(4)吡啶基缩氨基硫脲合铋(Ⅲ)金属配合物的合成及其生物活性研究
One novel main group nine-coordinated metal complex ”Bi(HL)(NO3)3”(1),where HL=2-acetylpyridine N(4)-pyridylthiosemicarbazone,has been synthesized (Figure1).The analytical data revealed the formation of 1:1 (metal:ligand)stoichiometry.The cytotoxicity data suggest that bismuth(Ⅲ)complex 1 exhibits high in vitro antiproliferative activity in four human cancer cell lines tested(Figure 2).Upon further investigation,complex 1 might produce cytotoxicity through apoptosis supported by the significant variation of annexin V and an increase in caspase 3 activation as evidenced by the staining of active (cleaved) caspase 3.
