Analysis of Rutin from Fructus Sophorae by Ultrasonic Extraction and RP-HPLC with DAD

摘要：

　　Rutin is a kind of natural flavonoid from plants.It is applied widely in the food,pharmaceutical,and cosmetic industries for its peculiar activities such as antioxidation”1,2”,anti-inflammation,anti-hypertension”3” and The aim of this work was to give some references to industrial production,quality assurance and supervision of the plant after developing a simple,sensitive,selective and reliable method for the determination of rutin in Fructus Sophorae.
