Immunochemical and Biochemical Studies of Precursor Proteins for Egg Yolk and Vitelline Envelope of Turbot

摘要：

　　In fish,the major constituents of the egg,i.e.yolk and vitelline envelope proteins,are synthesized in the liver and transported to the oocyte for uptake.Vitellogenesis,the process of yolk protein (vitellogenin,Vg) synthesis,transport,and uptake into the oocyte,and choriogenesis,the synthesis of choriogenin (Chg),their transport and deposition by the maturing oocyte,are important aspects of oogenesis.
