A New Method of Image Enhancement of Moving Object Based on Rough Sets

This paper is intended to improve moving object image processing.Based on rough set theory,a split decision algorithm of image segmentation is proposed.Removal of noise is based on a new filtering defined on equivalence relation in a sliding window with 4 directions.An effective image edge enhancement is realized on concepts of approximation accuracy of rough sets.A quantitative evaluation of image enhancement is by adaptive enhancement of function.Experiment simulation shows that the image enhancement method proposed is superior to the traditional method in effectively improving moving image degradation and image clarity.
