Study on the Safety Interlocking System for the Hazard Process Equipment
The setting of safety interlocking system(SIS) according to hazard process equipment is analyzed and studied.It is necessary to install independent SIS reasonably during the construction and renovation of equipment.It is required to select appropriate safety interlocking loop according to safety integrity level.SIS should have a certain redundancy in order to avoid interlocking disfunction in the case of random hardware failure or system failure.The design of safety interlocking system should follow the principle of independency,fail-safe,sharing and reliability.The results show that SIS could enhance the inherent safety of chemical equipment,to ensure the safety and stability of production process and to minimize equipment damage and personal injury caused by process out of control.
