Nation-states have become increasingly image conscious following digitalisation of technology and dense flow of information across national boundaries.With military conflicts becoming costly and psychologically exhausting,countries are relying more on non-military means for accomplishing strategic milestones.Widespread use of ”soft” resources,including education and communication,for achieving strategic objectives,are becoming more noticeable.
