Identification of a novel microRNA function in alpaca skin

摘要：

From the deep sequencing of alpaca skins with white and black coat color,we obtained 15 and 18 potentially novel miRNAs from the WA and BA skin libraries,respectively.Among those,a novel miRNA expressed differently in white and black alpaca skin (named miRNA-066).According to the target gene prediction,one of the target genes is melanophilin (MLPH),which plays important role in genesis in mammalian.
