Numerical Simulation Analysis of the Structural Characteristics in Cars Collision
Basing on the stiffness model of the plate and thin shell by using the finite element formed,the basic method of establishing the car structure finite element models was studied in this paper.The process of the car collision was simulated,the influence of car structural characteristics on the crash deceleration and displacement and others parameters was studied by analyzing the simulated results.The results indicated,when did the two different weight cars crash,the changing of the anti-impact structure of the lighter car,which had hardly effect on the deceleration of the heavier car,but the change of the structure of the lighter car influenced strongly on its own deceleration.
